Žamberk Chateau, originally a Renaissance building from the sixteenth century, has undergone Baroque, Rococo, and Art Nouveau alterations over the centuries. Today, a secondary school is located within its premises, but part of the chateau is home to the Žamberk Municipal Museum, which presents the history of the town and the region. The chateau is surrounded by a vast English park spanning over 30 hectares, which is also a nature reserve and invites visitors for walks. In the park, you will find rare tree species, an Empire-style gazebo, and sundials, creating a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.
