On the site of an older Gothic fortress, the Auersperg family, to whom the village belonged since 1738, had a chateau built in the last third of the eighteenth century. The ground-floor building with a gable roof received a Baroque and later Neoclassical appearance; its main facade is adorned by a slightly projecting risalit with four pilasters and oval windows. After the Second World War and nationalization, the chateau lost its representative function and for long decades served only as an agricultural facility for the surrounding estate. It remains inaccessible to the public, but since 2021, the new owner Tomáš Karl has been gradually renovating it and in the surroundings is establishing lavender fields, which are bringing life back to the place. Anyone passing through the southern part of the village can view the chateau at least from the outside and observe how it is slowly returning to its old appearance.
