Upon arriving in this South Moravian village, you will be immediately captivated by the monumental courtyard of honor lined with statues and the elegant silhouette of the chateau. Originally a Renaissance building, it acquired its current representative appearance during a high Baroque reconstruction in the eighteenth century, initiated by the Serényi family. Visitors can admire the richly furnished historical interiors, which faithfully depict the daily life of the nobility at a country estate. The complex also features an extensive French park with an orangery, which seamlessly transitions into an English landscape park and a pheasantry. A major attraction and local specialty is the opportunity to rent replicas of period costumes and stroll through the chateau grounds in them.
